We are a family from out of state. We came up in November 2020 to scout the neighborhoods. I had been texting with April after she contacted me by text. Right away I felt a great connection with her. Her enthusiasm, energy, honesty, and work ethic left no doubt that I would take her on as my agent. In two days she escorted me and my adult daughter through about nine houses , non of which I purchased. When I went home I was convinced of her integrity and attention to detail that as we continued to send her listings we had found online and ones she sent us, she would go out and video tape the houses from top to bottom, the properties, the neighborhoods as well. That being said, we found our ideal home through her and purchased it sight unseen only on her recommendation that she felt it was the right house for my family having gotten to know our likes and dislikes. We were looking for a home to buy for our family of four, and this was our first time looking to buy. We were hoping to situate in a rural locale close to our place of work outside of Cheney. Our budget was limited, and we were looking in a tough market. April was motivated from the start—she made several long trips and arranged for us to view various houses meeting our criteria. Given our budget, most of these houses were in need of TLC. While viewing one of these houses we shared a tip about a possibly vacant home on the same block; with that and the house street address, April was able to track down the owner, open a sale, and get us in to view it. The home far exceeded what we thought we could look for! April negotiated a great price for us, and went way beyond the extra mile in finding and opening up this home for us. April was spectacular as far as walking us through each step as first-time home buyers. She was really motivated to help us get this house we wanted. She was readily available whenever we reached out to ask questions or check in—we almost always heard back from her within the hour. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process, but especially in helping us with last minute details in negotiating and closing on the home.
